Ortalama günlük adım sayım buralardadir, ekstra bir şeyler daha bulmalı ve hareket miktarımı artırmalıyım. Neyseki yaz geliyor, kısa nazaran daha çok asama kat edeceğime inanıyorum. Topluluktan birileri ile challenge düzenleyerek psikolojik bir etki de yaratacağını umarak uygulamayı kullanmaya karar verdim. Bu da ilk deneme postu ve ilk gün aktivitesi olarak kayıtlara geçsin.
