It was too short notice for people to power down and get liquid steem available. In my case for sure.

We are actually considering extending the possibility to buy AFIT at the discounted beyond Sunday for at least 1 or more weeks.
I would love to see this extended. I couldn't get liquid STEEM in time but will buy more if we get an extra week.
