My Actifit Report Card: July 10 2019
오늘의 운동
오늘도 한시간 가량을 뛰었다. 평소와 달리 흐린 날씨에 비도 한두방울씩 뚝뚝 떨어져 운동하기에 나쁘진 않았다. 비에 잔디나 공이 약간 미끄러워 컨트롤이 쉽지는 않았다. 다치지 않는 것이 금일의 최우선 목표였다.
요근래 기력이 조금 떨어지는 기분이었다. 아마도 다운 날씨의 영향이 컸던 것 같은데, 오늘은 그나마 좀 괜찮아 한발자국 더 나아갈 수 있었다.
