I started my daily activities by driving Ausra to music theory seminar at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater from where I went to pick up a package which supposed to be held not far from there at the storage area next to the supermarket.

When I arrived and entered a code into the storage machine it said the wrong code. I became worried and called the logistics company and they said they transferred the package to another location across town. I was mildly upset that they didn't notify me about the change of location. However, I drove to another supermarket and my package was there! It was Ausra's 10 copies of her Pinky and Spiky comic book... Good timing before Christmas.

Then I went to the church to practice playing the organ and met Ausra for lunch at the university cafeteria. Then we went to have some cake with coffee and returned back to church where Ausra had to teach two organ students. Apparently someone forgot to issue an updated schedule to the students and they didn't show up...

While I waited I edited a poster and a press release for my colleagues concert a week from this Saturday by adding a few citations to make the material more readable. I also started writing a blog post about creating my yesterday's Pinky, Spiky And Ice Cream comic.

When we found out that the students won't be coming, we drove home.

Before having dinner I jumped on the rings in our garden and did 6 pull-ups. Then I finished that blog post.

Then we watched a french movie about a special ops team which rescued hostages in Pakistan. Everybody but two soldiers on the team and one hostage died. She was a war journalist.

Afterwards we watched the news on TV where they told that more and more schools in Lithuania are on strike over the new education reform. Teachers are demanding better wages and lesser students in classrooms among other things.

While watching TV I drew my comic for today's Artstorm contest about Cornelius and Dietrich watering summer flowers.

I did most of my walking today to and from church.
