Hello ladies and gents

Today\s activity was mainly walking. I made a walk through the city and visit some shops. Pass nearby sports playground, that I saw them always empty and guess what today was empty too. I don't understand why municipal government makes them and keeps them locked and no one can use them. It's very sad but true they are only for bragging :).
