My Actifit Report Card: June 4 2019
I was on my feet most of the day. The day started out with Zumba and yoga class at my gym. Both classes were good today and we had new people in our Zumba class. The Yoga class was so relaxing that I fell asleep during our 5 minute relaxation period. The instructor had to wake me up.
After the gym, I went to 2 Farmers market and 1 grocery store looking for some coconut cream. Needless to say, I did not find any. So I opted for coconut milk without all those additives and sugar.
In between the markets I made a stop at Dollar Tree to pick up a few things.
Next I headed over to Kaiser to pick up a prescription.
Back at home I made a salad for lunch because I was starving.
For dinner I made paleo Potato Au Gratin and broccoli medley of veggies.
Thanking God for this day.
