My Actifit Report Card: June 7 2019

This is my 5th time posting through actifit. I wasn't able to post for two days straight as I ran out of Resource Credits. That's something I just learned about being new here.

Today I did some house chores before going to the office like cleaning, vaccuming, lifting and rearranging stuff. Also walked to and from work which has been the norm for about a week now.

My Google Fit App only took into account the steps I took while walking, as it usually does. The extra 2000+ detected by actifit must have come from doing the chores.

I hope to continue doing this and I'm hoping to really make this whole actifit stuff I'm doing as a new habit that would stick. I love being motivated and I love being active!
