My Actifit Report Card: June 13 2019

17,000+ activity count? 14,000+ steps? I guess this is my all-time high, not just during the span of using actifit but probably my entire life. Well, maybe not, but it really feels like it. I haven't been this active in a long while.

Today, I did the usual walk going to the office and coming home from it. I haven't used the elevator in over 2 weeks now and it's about 8 floors of climbing. What probably added to the step-count today is that during lunch I ate at a restaurant which is a few kilometers away and still walked going there. I also move around the office during idle times. A simple stroll around, flex and a few push-ups.

I look forward to increasing my all-time high record here in Actifit and more importantly, I look forward to doing this consistently.
