My Actifit Report Card: 1월 11 2019

오늘도 양재천을 따라 선바위역에서 과천향교까지 걸었는데요. 미세먼지가 최악이네요. 과천의 가시거리가 대기환경이 좋을때는 20km가 되는데 오늘은 절반도 안되는 6km였어요. 눈이 불편해서 인공눈물 사용했네요.
