My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2019
Another hump day down and we are now on the downhill slope for the week.
I did another bodyweight home workout from my app, Home Workout MMA Spartan Pro.
Gymnos Gamma 1
13 rounds consisting of pushing, squats, lateral skates and ladder hops.
It was a little easy, but I've really been feeling indeed the weather for the last few days 🤒 so it might be good that it was easy.
I'm a quarter of the way through this routine. Let's keep up the motivation! Keep on stepping folks!
