A week needed rest day in the @actifit community!

The family went to church today. It was an awesome service today. Our family finally found a church where we feel we are being fed. We started a new series in mental thoughts last week and continued with a great message today.
Out pastor ended the message with the best prayer I've ever heard!

Well for a rest day, all I did was a bunch of house chores: cooking, cleaning, vacuuming, yard work, playing with the kids, homework with the kids, etc.

Tomorrow we should be back at the workout routine. I am amazed at how many steps I make when I play with the kids! Over 10k playing with the kids!
