My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2019
It's another Monday in the books!
Such a busy day at work today, I didn't even get a lunch break. When I got home, I was able to take the kids over to the park this evening and put in a few thousand steps chasing those little Rugrats.
After that I went back to the old trusty Home Workout Pro app and did a core & tricep workout:
Myo My 1
The was a bunch of sit-up variations, plank push-ups, and inverted wall push-ups.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow's workout. I got 2 days left until this routine is done. Not sure what I'm going to do next. Thinking about a bit more cardio in my routine.
