What do you do with butternut squash? I can't seem to find anything special about it. Any recipes you recommend?

I roast it in the oven then I mash the butternut squash. I add butter, maple syrup, and a little cinnamon. I think she likes because it is easy for her to swallow and has a sweet taste.
