My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2019

Unfortunately Colby and I didn’t go for our usual walk along the waterfront this morning.

Because I was running a Phillip Island Penguins tour yesterday, I didn’t finish until after 1am. So I didn’t start with Colby today until midday.

So most of movement was just doing normal daily activity.

However we did manage to go for short walk, only about 1.5km or thereabouts.

But we found this groovy place on our walk. It’s an Aquarium Cafe. We didn’t go in, but I thought that it would be an interesting experience. Everything is dark and blue inside with heaps of tanks full of iridescent things. It would be an incredibly chilled out vibe in there, I’m sure.

It’s called Reef Galleria, 246 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne. We may head up there for a cuppa on Thursday when I’m working with Colby again.

Also really pleased to see that we can start using our actifit tokens to trade in for upvotes. My goal is to build up this account purely from what I can do using this dApp.

I think it’s a great incentive!!! I plan to get a full blood examination and TFT’s and hormones and cortisol levels checked so I have some objective measurements to compare as I go along this journey.
