7월부터 다음과 같은 목표로 한강공원 걷기 운동을 하고 있습니다.

  • 하루에 한강공원을 8Km이상 걷기 (특별한 날과 주말은 제외)
  • 위 걷기를 2시간 이내에 마무리
  • 한달 누적으로 300,000보 걷기 달성.
Since July, I have been doing walking in the Han River Park with the following goals.
  • Walking more than 8km a day in Han river Park (excluding special days and weekends)
  • Finish walking within 2 hours
  • Achieve accumulated 300,000 step in a month.
