오늘도 몸무게 줄이기 작전 수행중.
아무 생각없이 걷기에는 한강을 나가는 것이 최곱니다.
그렇게 많이 다녔던 길인데.. 진짜 아무생각없이 걸었던거 같네요.
처음보는 표지판이..
한강하구로부터 42Km..
한강하구면 강화도까지는 아닌거 같네요..
몇년전에 동해안 해파랑길을 걸을때 하루에 40Km정도씩 걸었었는데...물론 걷고나면 뻗어서 숙소 잡고 바로 자기는 했지만..
한번 시도해볼만 한거 같은데.. 날좀 풀리면 고민해봐야겠네요.. 아니면 자전거라도 타고 미리 답사라도 해봐야겠네요..
7월부터 다음과 같은 목표로 한강공원 걷기 운동을 하고 있습니다.
- 하루에 한강공원을 8Km이상 걷기 (특별한 날과 주말은 제외)
- 위 걷기를 2시간 이내에 마무리
- 한달 누적으로 300,000보 걷기 달성.
