My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2018

Hello boys and girls of steemit,
There goes another day of using the fantastic actifit app. I started inthe morning with some rope skipping and finished off the day with a long walk. The weather is great so walking has been really good.See you guys tomorrow.
In case you didn't know, actifit is a SMT that rewards fitness activity on the steem block chain. Check out their main page @actifit

This involved performing activity related to Daily Activity, Rope Skipping, Walking
