My Actifit Report Card: October 31 2018
Hello Everyone,
It has been a wonderful day. In terms of exercise, I kicked off with a quick jog this morning. There's nothing as refreshing as a morning jog. Though it was a bit cold, things got better as I picked up speed.
After this, I was off to the office for yet another busy work day. At lunch time I got the chance to increase my steps by walking to the mall with some colleagues.
After work I got home took some rest and a snack. Then I was out for my usual evening walk around the neighbourhood. Just like yesterday I finished off with rope skipping. It gets the blood flowing, my heart racing and lots of sweating; really perfect for a shower.
Happy Halloween to all of you who celebrate.we do not celebrate it here in Kenya but I have been inundated with Halloween messages the whole day. Have fun and enjoy your costumes 😁👍and all festivities that come with it.

Very good job with all that activity. I'm afraid by the end of the day, that jump roping would put an end to me! Your roses are beautiful. I wish we were coming on to rose blooming time instead of facing winter. Cold and rainy here today.
Thank you Tammy, that's the diverse planet we live on. We never experience snow here, the only place with snow is the top of mount Kenya. Up until Jan/Feb we are in the short rains season. Just some rain and beautiful sun shiny days😀
