My Actifit Report Card: November 28 2018
Hello Everyone,
Welcome to my mid week report, I can't believe we are done with Wednesday. I had a good day. As usual I was at the office the entire day.
Got a few steps getting to the office and then again during the lunch hour. It is amazing how many steps I gather going to the copier, tea room and just other general movement around the office.
After work I was out and about walking in the neighborhood. The weather was great with lots of sunshine.
I ended up at the local park and after a few rounds I walked back home. Had my dinner and now catching up with all that has been happening on steemit and other online avenues.

Thank you @cryptospa, yes indeed we had great weather. I can hear it raining outside right now. Nothing major, just some light rain. Tomorrow might be cloudy but we'll see 👍😁
