My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2018
Hello Everyone,
I can't believe we are half way into the week,time is flying fast. My activities began this morning with my usual commute to the office. There was no rain but the morning was cloudy.
My day at the office went well and I managed to get in more steps at the office and during lunch break. After work I got off the bus a few stops from home. I detoured since I had planned to go to the vegetable market.
I bought a few fruits and veggies then I was on my way home. I took a longer route purposefully so as to get in extra steps and also catch that warm evening sunshine.
Getting home I was exhausted and sweaty from that walk. However,am glad that I got the work out and saved on the taxi expense.
Thank you so much reading and I hope you can join me tomorrow for yet another report. As always feel freeto comment/suggest or ask a question.
