My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2019...Its Caturday ๐ ๐ ๐๐โจ๐ฏ๐ถ
Hello Everyone,
The weekend is finally and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I spent most of the morning in bed just taking a break from all the early mornings I have been having lately.
I finally got up to some gardening in the backyard. I trimmed the hedges and did some weeding. Back in the house I had to deal with the cleaning and tidying up. Then next was the laundry and finally some cooking.
I also took time to catch up with my favourite crypto you tubbers. Bitcoin woke up a little, lets see how it goes. So far the morning was mostly cloudy but come afternoon the sun ๐ was out.
I decided to go walking to the shopping center for some groceries that I needed. That went fine and I bought some beautiful mangoes and really fresh asparagus.
I did go walking in the neighborhood again this evening. I just can't miss that cool evening breeze. That was it for today.

What a lovely beautiful flowers of roses. So dainty looking and Bob has a funny, but comfy way of sleeping from how I see it. Glad you got well rested. And comes house chores those redundant routines gotta do them with pleasure as they can take the toll of ya. The music are kind of fun. I couldnโt understand the last one, but itโs entertaining to watch. Thanks for sharing African music as Iโve never heard one before.

Thank you for the fantastic comment Rogerine. Glad you liked the flowers and the music. I usually oven cook the asparagus. What I do is I put the chicken and potatoes in the oven mixed with all the spices. When its about done I throw in the asparagus and some cilantro. 5 to 8 minutes later they are done and everything is ready to eat.
The mangoes are for snacking, anytime I need a sugary fix.
