My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2019.... Throwback Thursday ๐ฏ ๐ช๐ฃ๐๐ผ๐๐ถโ๐จโจ
Hello Everyone ๐,
A warm welcome to my Thursday report ๐. So glad you could join me๐. Last night was a disaster as I had to do my report in total darkness but tonight the power is back on and am happy about it๐
This was another automaticwin morning so I was out at dawn doing my thing. There was no rain โ but a nice cool morning breeze ๐.
After that awesome session I made it back home and rushed to get ready for work. Collecting more steps on the commute and getting to the office on time.
It seemed like a Monday owing to the holiday we had yesterday๐ฑ.Everything went well and I got lots of work done.
Come lunch time I did some walking ๐ฃ and took some pictures.
The afternoon session flew by and I was busy to the last minute. Then it was back home to some rest and a little bit of snacking.
As usual I went for the sunset โ
walk around the neighborhood ending up at the park where I did a few rounds before heading back home.
I called it a day after completing my push ups for the seven77 challenge. Today was day 92. Link will be here in a few
