My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2019.......... Awesome Monday ๐๐ฟโ ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐จ๐ฏ๐โจ
Hello Everyone ๐,
A warm welcome to my Monday report ๐. A brand new week that I started with an automaticwin session ๐. Immediately the alarm went off I was out of the door. Walking and jogging ๐ around the neighborhood In that fantastic morning air๐.
When that was over I rushed ๐จ back home to get ready for work. After a quick shower ๐ฟ I was on the commute to work. Schools are out so there was minimal traffic ๐
At the office I got down to my assigned tasks. As usual am more focused on Mondays, really keen with the figures and absolutely no typos in my work๐ฏ
Lunchtime came with the normal mini walkation ๐ฃ enjoying the warm sunshine ๐ and stretching those legs.
I got back for the afternoon shift and that went well too. When time was up I commuted back home.
At home it was time to rest and relax. Also do some commenting and replying on steemit. Over the weekend did you notice that rise in bitcoin ๐ฑ.
I went on my sunset โ
walk ๐ around the neighborhood then to the main highway and back home as it got darker.
I haven't forgotten about the seven77 so I did some rope skipping before calling it a day๐ช

And that other video is educational. Oh, here we just had two shootings one from Texas and the other in Chicago. Terrible. As the vid said run, hide, and fight. Still very scary. Gotta be vigilant. Never know when something like that happens.
