My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2019...... Terrific Tuesday ๐๐ฏ๐๐โ ๐จ๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฃโจ
Hello Everyone ๐,
A very warm welcome to my Tuesday report ๐. So glad you stopped by and keep reading ๐ as I let you in on how my day unfolded.
It was yet another early start to the day. I was out in the fresh morning air ๐ walking and jogging ๐ around the neighborhood.
As usual I have to be careful with time on week days. So I rushed ๐จ back home to get ready for work. After a quick shower ๐ฟ I was out of the door and onto my commute to work.
I arrived at the office right on time and got down to my assigned tasks. Nothing out of the ordinary just a normal day
Lunchtime came with the mini walkation ๐ฃ enjoying the warm sunshine ๐
I got back for the afternoon shift, that was a little busy or maybe I was trying to squeeze in more than I could handle.
When time was up I commuted back home where I rested and snacked.
I got a chance to look through and reply to some of your wonderful posts ๐ฏ
I then embarked on the usual sunset

walk this time around the neighborhood and then at the park. I made a few rounds before heading back home and called it a day.
