My Actifit Report Card: August 12 2019...... Awesome Monday ๐ฃ๐โ ๐๐๐๐ช๐๐๐๐ถ๐จโจ
Hello Everyone ๐,
A warm welcome to my Monday report ๐. Sit ๐บ back as I fill you in on how my day has been. Being a holiday I decided to take things slow especially in the morning.
When I finally woke up I did some steeming. Checking out some of your wonderful posts ๐ฏ. Then it was onto some house chores just cleaning and tidying up.
I then did a few pushups and roll outs before getting onto you tube. Watched some TEDx talks and crypto videos. There is just so much to learn out there if you so desire.
It has been largely an overcast day but at lunchtime the sum was out briefly. That is when I did some weeding in the backyard.
Next I did some walking around the neighborhood. I wanted to go cycling only to find a punctured wheel on my bike๐ฑ. So I resulted to walking.
I came back to my you tube videos and time just flew by๐จ. I nearly missed my usual sunset โ
walk.
I put on my sweatshirt and embarked on my walk around the neighborhood. This time ending up at the park, did a few rounds before heading back home.
I was out again walking to the shopping center for some cooking supplies.
I came home, cooked, had dinner and now trying to post my report ๐
It has been been a nice extended weekend and am ready for the normal grind starting tomorrow.
