Getting Fit For Steem With Actifit and Blocktrades + Caturday ๐๐น๐ฃ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฏ๐ถ๐ชโจ
Hello Everyone ๐,
A very warm welcome to my Saturday report ๐, celebrating some great stepping ๐ช and also my favorite cat Bob ๐. This post is also my entry into the weekly SteemFest contest.
It has been a really active day as I had aimed for. I had an early start walking and jogging ๐ around the neighborhood. It looked cloudy and rainy but it didn't rain.
As always I love Saturday's morning session as I don't have to go to the office.
So I arrived back home just before 10am, took a quick shower ๐ฟ and rested for a while. Meanwhile I did some steeming and watched you tube crypto videos.
We had a little drizzling โjust before midday and I was happy the rain didn't come in the morning ๐.
So as it rained I did the house chores, mostly cleaning, dusting and tidying up.
Come late afternoon the rain was over and the sun was struggling to come out. This is when I ventured out doors for part two. Walking around the neighborhood for a few rounds before heading to the shopping center.
I bought some dinner groceries before heading back home. At home I rested for a while as I got the cooking going.
I took Bob out for today's fence photo shoot ๐น before it got dark. He really doesn't like the outdoors without sunshine but he cooperated. When it was over he ran back in and straight to his warm sleeping spot.
I had tea and snacks before embarking on the sunset โ
walk.
I walked around the neighborhood ending up at the park. I did a few rounds before heading back home.
At home I did a few pushups, took a shower and caught up with the 10pm news. I have also been watching the olympics in Doha too. Later I had dinner and now preparing this post for submission.
