My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2019

Today's activities are as follows...

At home:

  • 6 minute breathing exercise
  • 15 minutes stretching
  • house chores

At the gym:

  • Elliptical
  • jumping jacks
  • Deadlifts for 30 minutes

Extras:

  • walked around the community
  • went to the bank to pay bills
  • walked around the mall
I've been doing pretty good at keeping up with my daily activities, though it's not always the same but I have been better at time management.

Feeling good after I got a massage with my gal, Lence. It's been a wonderful day and accomplishing day.😉
