Carbohydrate is very important for running, but this does not mean that you should eat a lot of food before running. If you have eaten some honey, then at least run an hour after that. If you have to run a little bit then there is no need to eat anything for it. By eating a little quantity of food throughout the day, it remains in your blood sugar level control.
