My Actifit Report Card: November 28 2018
Today was the day of lots of little walks. I took a day off of strength training to give my body a rest. I am going to try and up my workout tomorrow. Work is going great right now but I’m worried things are going to come all at once a bit later. We shall see.
Things always come at once, but you can do it. Way to stay @actifit, and pump that iron ASAP!
