My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2019
요즘은 뭐니뭐니해도 가장 이슈가 되는건 미세먼지다. 주변에 다들 마스크를 하고 다니는데 드디어 나도 해본다. 아무래도 목도 너무 칼칼하고 안할 수가 없어서다. 그 다음은 방독면일까? 다음은 우주복?? 도대체 지구 안에서는 어디로 가야 자유로워질지 모르겠다. 이래저래 건강을 챙기는게 힘들어 지는구나.
