My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2019
Hello everyone
Sunday is over and I have made actifit score of over 5k steps.
I did morning walk for 20 minutes and then household work as usual. Did a short walk in evening and after dinner walk which I finished just now.
Now I need to sleep and rest as time over 10.30 pm.
