My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2019
Did three church services today. Not used to this. I have been doing one per Sunday for more than a decade now. Three is quite a shock to the system. The facilities are small and it is amazing how the steps accumulate. 
In my church there were 2 services the sunday ... but now there are 1 services with the Sunday class and the pastoral preaching ... What makes it a little longer but it would be a single service in the day.
