My Actifit Report Card: October 10 2018
Good evening/Good morning!
Yes, we have different time zone. If it's day here, other part of the world it's night. I really enjoyed today.
I started my day with yoga, did some stretching. I rode bicycle. Of course, I walked like I do regularly.
I went to an open space. Then I did free hand exercise. I feel great. So how was your day or what are you going to do today to stay healthy and fit? Please let me know in the comments bellow.
