Oolahraga di malam hari baru pertama kali saya lakukan butuh waktu 60menit kurang lebih..hal ini saya lakukan untuk menurunkan berat badan saya yang mencapai 80 kilo.
Mengapa saya lakukan dimalam hari,karena di pagi hari saya sibuk mengantar anak sekolah dan menjaga toko saya
