My Actifit Report Card: April 8 2019
Hello everyone! Happy Monday! And welcome to my fitness report for today. I hope your activities went well and that you had fun doing them.
Well, it had just stopped raining when I woke up this morning and so I started my activity doing calisthenics in the living room for a few minutes then headed off to the Mall to continue stepping. I achieved the automaticwin and as usual went to Jamba for my delicious breakfast. I did a little steeming, reading and commenting to a few posts basing on my limit. Thereafter, I walked for a couple more rounds before stopping by the food court for lunch and then I came home 15 minutes past noon.
At home I rested took a nap and watched a movie. Come at around 4, I went back to the mall and headed straight to Jamba for a snack and after snacking I strolled for a few rounds and stopped by the food court for dinner before getting home at 5:30. That was all for my activity and I must say I had a fun day walking in the mall.
