My Actifit Report Card: May 11 2019
Hello everyone! Happy Saturday and welcome to my fitness report.
Again as usual I started my Actifit activity early this morning at home doing calisthenics in the living room. The weather temp was already rising in the 60Fs, so I decided to go to the nature trail park. I walked at the park for quite a few rounds.
My walk at the park was peacefully quite and soothing. The only sounds I hear were the birds and the winds. These sounds were music to my ears. I returned home just before 10 a.m and feeling good about myself.
At home I had a light breakfast then I cleaned up and rested. And thereafter, I did a few steeming activities on Steemit. Come at past noon time I did my seven77 recording before heading out to the mall to collect more steps to add to my tracker. And finally came home at 3 o’clock this afternoon and ending my day.
