My Actifit Report Card: June 4 2019
Hello everyone! Happy Tuesday and welcome to my fitness report.
I started my activity early this morning doing warm up exercises and calisthenics then I went walking around the neighborhood for about two hours. I came home just before 10 o’clock. The weather was beautiful with temperature at 53 degrees cloudy skies, sunny, and breezy with cool fresh air.
I did my seven77 video recording at around noon. It was warm and sunny by then. After that I headed off to the mall and had my lunch then walked around browsing in and out of the stores. Then I went to my medical appointment check up. On the way home I stopped by the store to get a few supplies and finally calling it a day.
