My Actifit Report Card: August 8 2019
Hello and good day everyone! Happy Thursday and welcome to my fitness report.
Today, same as usual, I was doing my warmup exercises after waking up at 6 this morning then after that I went walking around the neighborhood, taking pictures, and listening to music then I noticed that my phone was dying, I must’ve forgotten to charge it last night, so I came back home and recharged it then off to the neighborhood again walking for another half hour. Weather was nice and lovely this morning it was 58F - 61F degrees, can’t complain with that at all.
Still able to return home before ten o'clock and managed to achieve the automaticwin.
Come afternoon I went to the store to pick up a few things I needed at home. Also, later I went for a stroll at the mall and did a few rounds there. And stopped by at Share Tea to grab a cold drink before getting back home.
And that’s pretty much how my day went today in terms of my stepping activity. Overall, I had a wonderful time walking in all the places I’ve been to today.
