Hello and good day dear Actifitters and Steemians! #High-Five-Friday everyone and welcome to my fitness report of the day. How are you all doing? I hope everyone’s doing well and that you had a fantastic day with your activities today.

As for me, well, as usual I got up early this morning and began doing my warmup and abs exercises using dumbbells. I did the exercises in the living room while I watched news on TV. Glad that the hurricane in Florida is easing up, but not so in the Bahamas, that place was totally wrecked and devastated. Praying for the people there.

Anyways, after the exercises, I instantly stepped outside the house and started stepping around the neighborhood for quite a period of time. This morning was another wonderful and nice walk. It was around 62F degrees mostly cloudy with cool fresh air and a bit breezy.

During this walk I saw a blackbird in the front yard lawn and was able to capture a photo shot of the bird. Then I continued walking and before I know it I was already en route going home. I reached home just a few minutes before ten o’clock and hence achieved the automaticwin for it.

At home I rested then fixed myself a light breakfast and went online and started reading some posts. Then I took a nap.

Come late afternoon, I drove and headed off to the nature trail park and did a few rounds there and then drove back home to finally end my stepping activity for the day.

All in all, I had a fantastic and wonderful time today while I was out and about with my stepping activity. This was another active and productive day for me and I had fun doing it and will certainly enjoy doing it all over again tomorrow.
