Whoaahhh... you’re running barefoot on cobblestones/gravel rocks..? Doesn’t it hurt your feet? I read your training... but is that even good ( no offense please), because they can twist your ankles... instead of strengthening it... idk.. I’m amazed...well, keep steeping..🙂👍🏃♀️🏃🏽♂️
