My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2018. 6 miles, push-ups and pull-ups
I ended the day with 25 push-ups, with Harvey jumping on my back.
Before the push-ups, Harvey and I walked 2 miles to a Pull-up bar and then walked to a Starbucks to purchase a water. I did 15 pull-ups, and they didn’t come easy.
Harvey walked about 3 miles, and I carried him the rest of the way.
This morning I did my usual run/walk through the streets of downtown Visalia, and I also did the stairs of the hospital’s parking structure.
6 miles of walking/running
25 push-ups
15 pull-ups
and hours of horse playing with @theharvey and @daniel-san
