Busy Starbucks shift and Long walks on My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2018
It was a busy day at the Starbucks office.
Here in California, we make a lot more Frappuccinos than hot lattes. I made a lot of iced and blended drinks today.
In a few weeks, the majority of drinks made at our store will be hot drinks. That will last into the new year, then in late February, the Frappuccino frenzy will continue.
I actually ran to work today, and I walked the long way home.
I just walked in the door from another evening walk through the streets of downtown Visalia.
I ran up the stairs of one of the downtown parking structures
We’ve had showers most of the day, but the rain has stopped for now.
I walked/ran over 5 miles today, and I feel good, but my old simple brain needs a good sleep.

I lived outside of town for 4 years, and I rode my bike to work. I would have to live more than 10 miles from a job to consider driving an automobile. Thank you for the comment.
