My Actifit Report Card: August 14 2019

Today after work, I was lazy and did not go for a walk. I was in an entire day meeting, which just exhausted me and I was not in the mood for a walk. I know normally a bit of physical exercise helps one to relax, but I was just not in the mood.

Don’t worry, I did not drink the pictured beer, that I have already done over the weekend.
