My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2019
Yesterday was a day with little activity on my side. I spent the day at the office.
In the evening we took my parents out for dinner at an Italian restaurant where we had pizzas. We took them out as it was their 59 year wedding anniversary and we wanted to treat them a bit.
We really enjoyed the dinner together.
Both my parents who are now 82 and 79 years old respectively, are still very active, and will beat my daily score with ease. My mother still goes to gym and on top of it goes for daily walks. Note the plural - walks.
