    Thank you for the concern... I’m still not feeling 100%... I doubt the water is good quality, it smells of chlorine, but people live long lives here, I imagine the water is the same quality as England, it’s all recycled, processed, treated and bottled.. x❤️🌅🌈⛰

    Yuck, sorry to hear it’s just the same poor quality water there. Not the key to longevity for sure. An hour of Tai Chi every dawn has more to do with it probably.and nibbling on ginseng root every day😉

    Wow ginseng and tai chi! Infact I should go and look for some tea this weekend, hopefully I will find some nice ones :)
