My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2019
Happy Sunday dear travel friends
A hot day here, 5 pm I went out in search of some breeze and shade from the trees on the riverbank.
There were still many people in the place, all escaping the heat and taking advantage of the delight of the river's water.
I got out of the car and ran around with my dogs, now they want to run and run, they don't want to walk anymore!
Then we dive into the emerald green waters, scarlet also swam, but rex didn't want to.
It seems that we will have more frequent weekends on the river yohooo 😎
To end my day, a delicious Hawaiian hamburger, prepared by my son's girlfriend. A delight👍
The weekend is over, back to healthy eating habits.🙂

There is nothing better to swim in the cool water on a hot day. The hamburger looks appetizing, I think it is delicious :)
