坚持锻炼,坚强散步,坚持减肥,早早起床,跑步走起,记得在某篇杂志上看到过一篇报道,打赤脚走路更有利于健康,不妨今天早上来体验一下。因为地面上有些小石头,直接接触到皮肤,能起到按摩的作用,同时加强了脚部的血液循环,而且,皮肤偶尔直接接触地面,就像现在流行的一句俗语,叫做接地气,关键是脚底还有个穴位叫做涌泉穴,对于这个穴位的按摩,还能去湿。所以,以后每天早上坚持赤脚走路,更健康。
