걷기운동(1월 9 일)

제가 몸무게에 신경을 많이 쓰죠
어제는 55.45 였는데 오늘은 56.05kg이 나와서
어제보다 더 많이 운동 하고 싶어졌는데
결국 추위에 포기하고 들어 왔네요
많이 춥네요
그래도오늘은 이정도로 만족하고 자렵니다
즐거운 하루 되셨기를 바랍니다.
