My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2019

Had a nice walk in the sun, about an hour before sunset. Photographers call this the golden hour, as everything looks more golden but its like that for more than an hour in the winter.

It was colder than I thought, there's meant to be warmer air arriving this week but it hasn't got here yet. Still much nicer than most of last week and it was easier doing my steps.
