My Actifit Report Card: February 12 2019

Did a long time on my exercise bike, while watching a BBC documentary about the EU. https://www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/proginfo/2019/05/inside-europe-10-years-of-turmoil

It's worth watching, if you're in the UK, or you know how to pretend to be. The BBC got good access to all the main players in the EU. The scale of the banking crisis, Greek debt crisis and immigration from the Middle East and Africa is incredible. A few people made historic decisions that will change the EU countries forever.

I went for a walk later but it wasn't an inspiring day outside.
